I’ll start by telling you that no prior training’s required therefore anyone can attend these one day workshops. As a result of this they’re designed for personal and self help use only. Consequently what you learn on these courses should not be used on others.

During these courses, you will learn techniques based on Dr Rosita Arvigo’s lifelong study and work, coupled with the teachings of her teachers. The famous Maya Shaman, Don Elijio Panti and MIss Hortence healers and midwives. These courses have been designed for you to help yourself only. Consequently, you’re not allowed to practice or teach this work to others because to do this you need to be a qualified Massage Therapist and hold teaching qualifications. The non-refundable deposit supports the IxChel Tropical Research Foundation and the Traditional Healers of Belize.

Advanced Seated Massage
In brief, to attend this two-day course you need to hold a professional massage certificate and relevant anatomy and physiology qualifications. In addition to the training, you will receive a certificate of attendance. Unfortunately, at the moment, this course isn’t a standalone qualification.

Advanced Massage Techniques
- However, you need a professional massage qualification to attend this course, including relevant Anatomy & Physiology Training.
- In addition to the training, you will receive a proof of attendance certificate.
- Soon I hope to be able to offer this course as a standalone qualification.

Reiki Training
Reiki Level One
It’s not necessary nor required to have any prior experience or qualifications to attend this course. Remember this is a 2-day course, it is face to face, although some training can be done online it’s best if the attunements given face to face (2 on each day).

Reiki Level Two
In this case, to qualify for this course, you must have proof that you have completed Level One. During this 2-day course, you will receive a further 4 Attunements over the 2 days. In addition to this, you are taught the symbols to use for distance healing. nb. it isn’t a necessity, and I don’t insist that you have trained at level 1 with me.

Reiki Masters
Finally, to qualify for this course, you must have completed and have proof that you qualify for Level one and two Reiki. You should have been practising for a while before becoming a master.
