At Jacksfeet we are quite adaptable and flexible, As long as we have enough notice we can organise to deliver at a time and place suitable for you
Jacksfeet also runs prearranged courses and you can join one of these
The course will run
Over a 10 week period 3 hours a week (first hour is theory)
4 Consecutive days 7½ hour day plus an hours dinner break
2 Consecutive days twice (two consecutive week ends) 7½ hour day plus an hours dinner break
What will I need to do to Qualify?
To attend all Lessons
To complete all the Tasks set
To have performed at least 20 clients, Five of these clients will have received two treatments. A total of 25 Treatments minimum
Keep a Journal and record of treatment. Especially documenting what went well, what didn’t go so well. What you will do differently instead and review what yo learnt from the experience.
Complete the student feed back forms so that proof of practice is achieved
Request that clients fill in their feedback forms as well, another form of proof of practice.
Pass the continual assessments tasks set throughout the course and final practical assessment at the end of the course
How will I learn
Mainly the lessons will be practical based
Tutor Lead – Theory’s will covered in the first 1 -2 hours of each lesson
Some of your learning will be self-study, or self-directed learning. Some tasks you will need to do further research on the topic than taught in the lesson

History of Head & Shoulders Massage
The history of head and shoulders massage is steeped in tradition. Its roots being traceable back to India 4,000 years ago and practiced in their Ayurveda healing system.
We will cover the appropriate A&P required to qualify in this Massage Skeleton, Muscles, Joints, Circulation, Lymphatics, Respiration and Skin and organs of the skin, also Osmosis and Diffusion
When delivering Massage we talk about the depth and the speed of delivery. Varying and changing the depth and speed changes the results you will achieve and effects required. Therefore we change the depth and speed accordingly.
Equipment needed for H&S, is very little especially if you are going to practice the traditional way. You will only need a few consumable and products. which means your set up costs remain quite low.
