When delivering Massage we talk about the depth and the speed of delivery. Varying and changing the depth and speed changes the results you will achieve and effects required. Therefore we change the depth and speed accordingly.

A concern is any reason that you feel uncomfortable with and would rather not massage or take serious precautions to prevent further damage or harm

Equipment needed for H&S, is very little especially if you are going to practice the traditional way. You will only need a few consumable and products. which means your set up costs remain quite low.
