Building a Business Programme. By the time you have finished this course you will have completed your business plan. Done the research needed to set up in business. Implemented policies, procedures and risk assessments. So that you can hit the floor running when you open your doors to trade.

All business’s Start with a business plan. The trick is to turn it into a working Document and make it work for you as. As you grow it will grow with you, you may even need two folders.
By the time you have finished your course you will have completed your programme folder too.
A programme folder has everything you need to run your business legally and confidently in one place. All your certificates, licenses, policies, procedures every bit of information you and the establishment needs about you and your business.
So now here we go lets get busy and write our Business Programme
You will need a big lever arch folder. Dividers for each section, Each section needs a contents page to make it easier to find what you need. Where it is as somethings can fit in more than one place. The Folder does make it easier to keep up with whats yearly, three yearly renewal. Because you have everything in one Place and Orderly.
Theres 14 Sections so you need at least 14 Dividers.
As well as these 14 you may want to divide each section up too. So thats why each section will need an Index too

There’s a lot of information on the Gov.UK website to help you write your plan. Also you need to register as a sole trader and get your Unique Tax Reference (UTR) Number. To do this you will need your National Insurance number
