Dr. Mikao Usui System First Degree Level One Reiki
Level One Reiki is a stand-alone course. No previous knowledge, training or experience required.
The course takes place over two consecutive days, during this time you will receive four attunements Reiju.
Reiki is a non-invasive way of topping up our batteries after a long hard day at work. Also, after a run of sleepless nights. During recovery from and post-illness and operations.
Used by everyone even babies and children, because Reiki is a natural and safe system of healing using Universal Energy, ‘Life Force Energy’.
Dr Mikao Usui from Japan, developed and founded Reiki. As a result, now has practitioners and Masters practising worldwide. I’m a proud Sensei Usui Practitioner and Master, teaching the Usui system of Reikii.
Why not learn this effective and powerful technique? Reiki is a simple skill that permits the individual to a greater sense of autonomy and self responsibility. It is a step off the wheel of victim hood and onto a lighted path of purpose and self acknowledgement. It is the beginning.
A way to get in touch with oneself and in turn with others. A gentle means to opening to ones innate healing ability.

For everyone, Dr Usui believed that everyone in the world needed to attune to Level One Reiki.

When it suits you at jacksfeet we set up courses for individuals, so that you can learn when best for you.
Where can I learn Reiki?
At Jacksfeet, in your own home or at a venue of your choice especially if there is a group of you.
What do I learn during this course?
To give respect and acknowledge where Reiki came from and the man who developed it. We will learn the History of Reiki and Dr Mikao Usui’s system of natural healing.
- On the first day, you will receive your 1st and 2nd Reiki Reiju (attunements).
- On the second day. you will receive your 3rd and 4th Reiki Reiju.
- Also included in the tuition.
- The self-care routine that you perform on yourself for 28 days post-training.
- Instruction in how to perform and apply Reiki Healing treatment for others.
- How to clear the Aura and Chakras,
- Relevant anatomy and physiology.
