S = What it is you want to achieve from these treatments – specific, significant, stretching:
M = Degree of movement Improved noticeably each week, you need to work with Jackie and work your reflexes in your hand to help achieve the results you are looking for – measurable, meaningful, motivational:
A = Agree with Jacqueline to attend the appointments; to set small goals each week so that it doesn’t become daunting. – agreed upon, attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented:
R = The expectations must be achievable to help relieve symptoms rather than cure – realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented:
T = Within 3 -4 weeks improvement seen and noted. Keep up treatments for at least cessation of a course of treatments 6 -8 weeks. – time-based, time-bound, timely, tangible, trackable:
