Fertility Challenges Prices (Pre Baby)

Your Arvigo Practitioner has received additional knowledge and skills in working to enhance fertility for clients. The following are guidelines we have learned over the years to support fertility. As always, refer to a health care provider as needed. Your practitioner is here to support you.
We have 2 regime’s for you to choose from: a one month and a three month programme.  We have found that if both partners receive treatments it helps both with fertility; health; emotionally and mentally.

The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy Introduction to Supporting Pregnancy

1 Month Programme

This program was developed in response to couples that are actively engaged in other treatments for fertility.  Or if you are actively trying to conceive, we recommend the following routine:

  • First Session
  • Review of the intake form
  • Has your partner had a Sperm count to include morphology (size, quality and quantity) of sperm?  This should really be done, if this has not been done make an appointment to see your GP.
  • Receive an Arvigo session from your practitioner within 2 – 3 days  post menses and pre ovulation (ideally between day 7 and day 10 depending on ovulation of your cycle).  Its good if partner is with you if he would take a treatment even better. Ensure to the best of your knowledge that you are not pregnant; it might be wise to avoid intercourse prior to the session.
  • Jacqueline will teach you the self care abdominal massage if she has not already done so.
  • Follow up sessions:
  • It is suggested visits are weekly for 2 weeks, then monthly if conception has not occurred. All visits are done after menses and prior to ovulation. As before sessions should not be performed if the client may be pregnant at the time.
  • Self Care Daily: Self Care techniques to be performed at home.  Self care is performed daily except during menses or if you may be pregnant. Self care techniques for home use are performed up until the day of ovulation.
  • Heating Pad to Sacrum: Apply heating pad on low setting over the uterus and/or sacrum pre-ovulatory. Castor Oil packs may be applied with warming herb poultices if indicated as advised by your practitoner.
  • Uterine meditation can be included in one of your sessions with your practitioner.
  • Chart your cycles – refer to Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, and/or The Garden of Fertility by Katie Singer. There are many computer applications such as My Moon Time..
  • Optional additions are helpful. Please discuss these with your practitioner:
  • Herbal Steam right before menses if not pregnant.
  • Sleep in the dark all month except the 3 days before/during/after ovulation. During these 3 days, add a small night light or moon light to wake up the pineal gland.
  • 1 tablespoon daily of ground flax seeds and algae based fish oils (nutru deva brands is recommended) added to your meals. Udos oil is a great alternative if you are vegetarian.
  • Decrease xenoestrogens and high fat foods. Eat only organic foods and meats.
  • Increase your intake of fruits, vegetables, whole grains.
  • Detox tea 1 cup, 3 times a day such as Pukka Herbs or Dr Stuarts right after menses have stopped.
  • Decrease stress and have lots of fun!
3 Months Programme

If your client is willing to prevent conception for three cycles, and is not undergoing Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) such as IVF (in vitro fertilization), IUI (intra uterine insemination) or other medical interventions the following guidelines apply.

During this time, it is best to make a conscious effort not to conceive. Your body is taking time to restore and rejuvenate itself in preparation for conception.  It takes 3 months for the Uterus ti fully prepare for implantation the endometrium to be healthy thick and fluffy and an egg takes 3 months to mature and be ready for ovulation and conception.

    • First Session
    • Review the intake form, include your partner.
    • Has your partner had a sperm count been done to include morphology (size, quality and quantity) of sperm, if this has not been done make an appointment to see your GP.
    • Professional Arvigo Sessions:  The initial session is optimally scheduled for as soon after your menses as possible.
    • Follow up sessions:
    • It is suggested that visits are weekly for 2 weeks, then monthly.
    • Receive monthly Arvigo sessions from your practitioner within the week post menses and pre ovulation ideally between day 7 and day 10 of your cycle depending on ovulation for optimal results.
    • Self Care Daily: Self Care techniques to be performed at home.  Self care is performed daily if you have not conceived, except during menses or if you may be pregnant. Self care techniques for home use are performed up until the day of ovulation.
    • Heating Pad to Sacrum: on a low setting or hot water bottle over uterus or sacrum during preovulation. Castor oil packs can be applied as advised by your practitioner.
    • Uterine meditation: can be included in one of your sessions with your practitioner.  Uterine and/or Blue Door Meditation Encourages the individual to access potential unresolved, unconscious belief, emotions.
    • Chart your cycles – refer to Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler, and/or The Garden of Fertility by Katie Singer. There are many computer applications such as My Moon Time.
    • Diet: Follow a diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, organic dairy, eggs and meats (if not vegetarian) Decrease or stop caffeine, sugar, dairy, processed foods and meats with xeno estrogens. Increase water consumption to 6-8 glasses daily.
    • Optional additions are helpful:  Please discuss these with your practitioner:
    • Herbal Steam right before menses if not pregnant.
    • Sleep in the dark all month except the 3 days before/during/after ovulation. During these 3 days, add a small night light or moon light to wake up the pineal gland.

    • Exercise and LIfestyle: Encourage gentle exercise such as walking, yoga, swimming and other forms of stress management. Alcohol, tobacco or other substances must be stopped.
    • Decrease stress and have Lots of Fun  Have Fun – Clients striving for conception are often coping with many stressors such as work, family and other commitments!

*In Belize Don Elijio would use Rainforest Remedies to aid his healing “Female Tonic”: Prior to starting Female Tonic or other herbal lavage formulas, ensure your client is not pregnant. Standard dose is 1 dropper 3 times a day 10 days prior to menses. Refer to a qualified practitioner if you are not comfortable in herbal support. Clients may decline herbs as well.

Vitex agnus castus “Chastetree” Obtain a reputable source of this herbal support. Standard dose is twice a day for the entire cycle.
